I suffer from Chronic Hives / Urticaria
7 years ago I broke out everywhere. It was messy. Every doctor told me there was nothing I could do other than taking antihistamines, change diet, prednisone.
I sought out people with the same issues and investigated natural remedies. Hives are not only rashes and outbreaks, my face swells, and welts show up out of the blue. Every season is bad for hive sufferers. It's hard to hide in the summer.
I have been lucky and have not had an outbreak that severe since the first one. I still get flare-ups. I know for a fact STRESS, LACK OF SLEEP, and BAD DIET are BIG contributors.
THIS PASTE was my first venture into making my own remedies. I was desperate. Hives can be debilitating. Sometimes I can not go outside.

Getting an Aloe Vera Plant is on my list. I used to keep plants in the house. It never works out for the plant. I have the opposite of a green thumb.
