Dame Lana

You may have caught that I said Dr. Phil when I meant Dr. Oz.

I later got it right.

Also antibiotic when I meant antiseptic.

I need to brush up on editing skills. :-)

This 3 part video is from my soon to be defunct Periscope Channel. (Video date:  April 2016)

It is dodgy in the beginning, give it a second.

The other videos are recent. I've been making potions and using natural products for about 7 years.

Part: 1 - Making Body Butter

I'm going to miss Periscope. It is going away on March 15th, 2021. It was a pretty cool app. 2015-2017 was the peak. Once IG added Live Stories it was over. :-)

I've come along way since this video. I've discovered many new products and I've learned so much more about the benefits of DIY.

After you've made your butter(s) refrigerate until it's solid.

After they're solid you can leave them out.

I label each one with a sticker.

Once the butter solidifies, I keep them on a tray on my dresser.

The lids are labeled: Hair, Feet, Body & Face

I need to clean my other containers. Using fancier containers display better and makes the product feel more luxurious. I like the glass jars.

You've made the best products for your skin! Get some inexpensive containers to store them. I have some cute ones for travel. I will post them. **Feel free to ask me questions.

If you are curious I did go see Rakim. Friends know him as Pop. I didn't go to the meet and greet. I regret it. I wanted to talk about old times. I am sure I will have a chance.

I made the collard greens on Scope. I'll post that clip. I did a cooking show at once a week.
